RetaCagri Stack

The broadest metabolic coverage available — four receptor pathways targeted simultaneously for maximum appetite suppression and fat loss

RetaCagri is the cutting edge of peptide-based weight management. By combining retatrutide with cagrilintide, this protocol activates four distinct metabolic receptor pathways — more than any other combination available.

Retatrutide is a triple agonist that simultaneously activates GLP-1, GIP, and glucagon receptors. GLP-1 activation suppresses appetite and improves insulin sensitivity. GIP activation enhances nutrient sensing and may improve how your body processes fat. Glucagon receptor activation is the unique advantage — it directly increases energy expenditure, promotes fat oxidation in the liver, and helps your body burn more calories even at rest. In clinical trials, retatrutide alone produced up to 24% body weight loss. Cagrilintide adds the fourth pathway through amylin receptor agonism — providing additional satiety signaling, further slowing gastric emptying, and suppressing glucagon through a completely different mechanism.

The four-receptor approach is what makes RetaCagri stand out. Each pathway contributes something the others don't: GLP-1 handles appetite, GIP improves metabolic efficiency, glucagon boosts energy expenditure, and amylin provides deep satiety. For people who have tried single or dual-pathway approaches and need something more comprehensive, RetaCagri represents the most aggressive peptide-based option available.

Component peptides

  • Retatrutide — Triple agonist (GLP-1/GIP/glucagon) for appetite, metabolism, and energy expenditure: Titrated from 1 mg to 8-12 mg/week SubQ
  • Cagrilintide — Amylin receptor agonist for additional satiety and glucagon suppression: Titrated up to 2.4 mg/week SubQ

Combined dosing protocol

RetaCagri involves two separate weekly subcutaneous injections from two different vials. Retatrutide is typically titrated from 1 mg/week up to 8-12 mg/week over several months. Cagrilintide is titrated separately from 0.25 mg/week up to 2.4 mg/week. Plug each compound's mg amount into our dosing calculator along with your vial size and reconstitution volume to get the exact number of syringe units to draw for each injection. Both are injected subcutaneously once per week — they can be administered on the same day but should be injected at different sites. Slow titration is critical to manage GI side effects. Inject in the abdomen, thigh, or upper arm.

Notes

RetaCagri is a powerful protocol and should be approached with appropriate respect. Start with the lowest doses and titrate slowly. GI side effects (nausea, reduced appetite, changes in bowel habits) are common during dose escalation but typically improve as your body adjusts. Stay well-hydrated, prioritize protein intake, and eat small frequent meals during titration. Many people experience the most dramatic body composition changes of any peptide protocol with this combination.
