Immune Fortress Stack

Build a stronger immune foundation — three compounds that restore, defend, and protect through completely different immune pathways

Your immune system isn't one thing — it's an incredibly complex network of cells, proteins, and organs. That's why boosting it requires more than a single approach. The Immune Fortress Stack targets three distinct layers of immune function.

Thymosin Alpha-1 restores and enhances your adaptive immune system by directly stimulating T-cell maturation and function. Your thymus gland — the organ that trains T-cells — shrinks with age, weakening this critical immune pathway. Thymosin Alpha-1 effectively compensates for this decline. LL-37 is your innate immune system's first responder — a natural antimicrobial peptide that directly neutralizes bacteria, viruses, and fungi while also modulating the inflammatory response to prevent overreaction. Glutathione is your body's master antioxidant, protecting immune cells from the oxidative damage that occurs during immune responses and ensuring your immune system can sustain its defense without burning itself out.

Together, these three compounds create a comprehensive immune support system: Thymosin Alpha-1 builds the army, LL-37 provides the weapons, and Glutathione keeps the supply lines running.

Component peptides

  • Thymosin Alpha-1 — T-cell function and immune restoration: 1.6 mg 2x/week
  • LL-37 — Antimicrobial defense and immune modulation: 50-100 mcg/day SubQ
  • Glutathione — Antioxidant protection: 100-300 mg/day SubQ

Combined dosing protocol

The Immune Fortress Stack uses three separate vials due to different dosing schedules. Thymosin Alpha-1 is injected subcutaneously at 1.6 mg twice per week. LL-37 is injected subcutaneously at 50-100 mcg daily. Glutathione can be taken orally at 500 mg daily or administered via IV push at 200 mg weekly for enhanced absorption. Plug each compound's mg/mcg amount into our dosing calculator along with that vial's size and reconstitution volume to get the exact number of syringe units to draw. Standard protocols run 8-12 weeks, with some people maintaining a lower-dose ongoing protocol.

Notes

This stack is especially popular during cold/flu season, during periods of high stress, for frequent travelers, and for people recovering from illness who want to rebuild immune resilience. Many people report getting sick less frequently and recovering faster when they do.
